Information and Resources

Knowledgeable and experienced people are ready to help elders, people with disabilities and caregivers smoothly enter programs that offer the help, the services you deserve and that are helping thousands of people in our area just like you.

We’ll guide you to whatever you need, whether it’s help at home or finding a service out in your community. We’ll put you in touch with Tri-Valley staff people who remain committed to your needs on an ongoing basis.

Or we can use our regional, state or national databases and refer you to help provided by others, or provided outside our area.
