Services Outside Your Home

You get around, and so do we. We’re with you all across the 25-town Tri-Valley area – for lunch at senior meal sites, for a change of pace, or for some group help and activities that can’t be accomplished as effectively at home.

Sometimes it’s even a new home, as in one of Tri-Valley’s congregate living sites or with new caregivers in Adult Family Care.

Other times it’s a daytime opportunity, for needed assistance or just to get together with others for a few hours.

In the case of Adult Day Health and Dementia Day Care, caregivers also get respite and assurance that elders are receiving the professional, supportive and healthy treatment they need to thrive at the best of their abilities.

Tri-Valley, our area seniors and disabled clients all get much to smile about, through services provided outside as well as inside the home. Wherever we meet, we’re “Home With You.”
