Tri-Valley: Your Lifeline®

With Personal emergency response systems keeping you in touch around the clock

There is no need for uncertainty about independent living with Lifeline® personal emergency response systems. When an emergency arises – a fall or some other
threat to safety or health – help is just a
push of a button away, any time of day or
night!

These lightweight, waterproof devices are worn as you would a pendant or a watch. Pushing the help button cues a special operator who calls you, already knowing information about your health and living situation that you have provided.

If help is needed the operator dispatches an ambulance, police agency or whatever responders you require.

Tri-Valley is involved two ways:

Income-eligible Home Care Clients can receive a Lifeline® personal emergency response system at no cost. Personal emergency response systems are also available through Tri-Valley as an authorized representative
of New England Emergency Response Systems, regional provider of Lifeline® equipment. The cost is a reasonable $39 monthly, with a one-time installation fee.

All Lifeline® users receive unlimited use of their help button, all equipment modification and maintenance, monthly tests and free upgrades. We can usually have the system installed within 48 hours.

Lifeline has a proven track record for equipment reliability and a caring staff of professionals responding to their customers.
