Massachusetts, central to our 25-town service region. Our location
is convenient to Interstates 290 and 395 and has ample, free parking.

Employee
benefits
All full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits
after they have satisfactorily completed their first 90 days of
employment:
Vacation Time –
Accrues up to 15 days in the first year, to a maximum of 21 days.
Sick Time – Accrues
at rate of 1.5 days per month to a maximum of 30 days.
Personal Time –
Three personal days per year
Bonus Days
Summer Flex – Memorial
Day through August, employees with 5 years of full-time employment
may flex. Flex schedule is 1(one) day off every two weeks, days
worked are 7.75 hours + 1 hour lunch (unpaid).
Short/Long Term Disability
Insurance – No expense to the employee.
Health Insurance –
Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO Blue New England.
Dental insurance –
GE Dental.
AFLAC – For supplementary
coverage, employees may choose from a number of AFLAC plans such
as life, accident/disability, cancer and/or dental.
Pension Plan –
Agency contributes the equivalent of 5% of annual salary into the
fund. Employees can direct the contributions into a broad range
of mutual fund choices.
403(b) Plan – Employees
can make tax-exempt voluntary contributions into the same mutual
fund choices as offered in the pension plan.
125 Cafeteria Plan –
Employees can exempt premiums for health and dental insurance from
taxes. Employees can also exempt up to $1,000 in unreimbursed medical
expenses and/or up to $5,000 in day care costs from income taxes.
Part-time employees are
eligible for pro-rated time-off benefits, as well as dental insurance
(18 hours a week); pension plan (1,000 hours a year); 403b and 125
plans; and AFLAC coverage.
Current
employment opportunities
PCA
RN Monday – Friday, 9 – 5. Personal Care Attendant
Program RN; primary responsibilities include training, assessing
for program eligibility, and ongoing monitoring. Must have experience
in community nursing and working with disabled population and their
families. Reliable transportation is required.
PCA
Skills Trainer – In accordance with PCA program guidelines
the PCA Skills Trainer trains works with qualified candidates to
develop the skills necessary to self manage his/her care. The position
requires experience working with physically/mentally challenged
individuals and their families. Experience working with MassHealth
is also preferred. Qualified candidate must possess BA/BS in relevant
field. Travel required.
