Tri-Valley, Inc. will be participating in the 2nd Annual Senior Wellness and Resources Fair, hosted by UMass Memorial Health – Milford Regional’s Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC). This community event brings together organizations dedicated to supporting older adults and caregivers with valuable health, wellness, and resource information.

Stop by our table to learn about Tri-Valley’s programs and services, including nutrition support, caregiver resources, and services that help older adults, Veterans, and individuals with disabilities remain independent at home.
