Stop by and connect with Tri-Valley at the Worcester County Community Resource Fair in Southbridge!

Tri-Valley will be attending in partnership with Health Care For All (HCFA) to help community members stay informed about MassHealth and other available resources. Our team will be sharing important MassHealth updates, helping attendees schedule appointments with a Certified Application Counselor (CAC) during Tri-Valley’s CAC office hours, and answering questions about Tri-Valley programs and services.
