Good nutrition is foundational to health and independence. Tri-Valley’s Nutrition Program ensures older adults and individuals with disabilities have access to healthy, reliable meals.

  • Prevent utility shutoff during a financial emergency
  • Provide emergency food or supplies after a hospitalization or unexpected loss
