My Ombudsman is a free resource funded by MassHealth to help everyone on MassHealth, including those in Fee For Service, Limited, ACOs, One Care, SCO, PACE, PCC, and MBHP. If you’re a MassHealth member or know someone who needs assistance getting a covered service or benefit from MassHealth, we can help! Our team can answer questions about MassHealth benefits and services, inform you of your rights, and help you figure out what to do when you get a denial letter or when you’re having trouble getting the care you need. We at My Ombudsman have a “no wrong door” approach, so even if the issue is outside our scope, we will try to provide referrals to other organizations that can help.
My Ombudsman is committed to promoting health equity by working to ensure all MassHealth members can access the care and services available to them. We are proud to have in-house staff who can help members in American Sign Language, Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole, and we use a cross-cultural interpreter line for additional languages on request.
